The Malawi Electoral Support Network (MESN), the Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) and Political Parties under the Centre for Multiparty Democracy (CMD) presented and signed a Communique on the implementation of the non-legislative electoral reforms.
The event took place at Crossroads Hotel in Lilongwe on Friday, 14 October, 2016. It followed a two day meeting that involved the three institutions; it took place at Grand Palace Hotel in Mzuzu on 5 and 6 October, 2016.
